How Auditrol Orchestrates
Your AI and Data Playbook

Auditrol connects to the systems you already own, builds a context layer across them, runs your controls against live data, and writes the proof back. Nothing gets replaced.

Reporting tools are a pipeline. An execution layer is a loop.

Existing platforms move information in one direction. Data leaves your systems, becomes a control record, and ends as a report. Nothing returns and nothing acts.

Auditrol closes the circuit. Controls execute against live data, enforcement happens at the moment a boundary is crossed, and the evidence returns to the systems your owners already work in.

Three things the execution layer does

A control cannot execute against what it cannot see, and evidence nobody can trace is not evidence.

Context · Execution · Evidence
Context
It knows how your governance objects relate, not just that they exist.

Auditrol builds an ontology across regulations, policies, controls, models, agents, critical data elements, and the people who own each one. The context layer stores the relationships between them. When a regulation changes, the layer already knows which policies cite it, which controls implement it, which models depend on it, and whose name is on each. That is why a change takes hours to work through instead of a quarter.

Execution
Controls run against live data, on every execution.

A control can read from your warehouse, check a model's input variables before it scores, evaluate an agent's tool call before it completes, or reconcile two systems against each other. Full population, not a sample set.

When a control fails or an agent crosses a policy boundary, execution stops at that point and the owner is notified.

Evidence
Every execution leaves a record, and the record syncs back.

What ran, against which data, what passed, what failed, who was told, and when. Evidence writes back into ServiceNow and the other systems your owners already work in, so attestation happens where people already are rather than in a risk tool one administrator logs into. Exam packages assemble from the record instead of from a request sent to multiple teams.

It connects to what you already run

Auditrol reads from and writes to your existing stack through more than 200 connectors. Your risk hierarchy, inherent risk scores, and control library can stay in the system of record you already own. Nothing is migrated to turn Auditrol on.

MODEL DEVELOPMENT

SAS, in-house model repositories, third-party model providers

CATALOGS AND LINEAGE

Enterprise data catalogs and metadata stores

DATA PLATFORMS

Cloud warehouses, lakehouses, and the pipelines between them

ITSM & IRM

ServiceNow, for attestation, workflow, and evidence write-back

DOCUMENTS

Policy libraries, models documentation, file systems

YOUR EXISTING GRC

Stays the system of record. Findings and residual risk flow back to it

The fastest way to evaluate an execution layer is to point it at a system you already own and watch a control run.
