OUR STORY

It all started with a casual, introductory lunch.

What began as a quick bite turned into a three-hour conversation filled with sketches, ideas, and a realization: banks were stuck juggling growing regulatory demands with the realities of daily operations, and it wasn't working. With backgrounds in product, engineering, and banking (and a few successful startups under their belts), Ashwin and Chris saw a better way. And they decided to build it.

That idea became AUDITROL: a smarter, more practical approach to managing risk and compliance. This purpose-built platform helps banks turn scattered controls and spreadsheets into a connected system that actually works.

Our mission is simple: to help financial institutions embed compliance into everyday operations seamlessly, intelligently, and without compromise. We're transforming a fragmented, reactive process into a proactive, connected system that supports growth, reduces risk, and restores confidence in control.

Ashwin Nayak
CEO & Co-Founder

Accomplished technology leader with a distinguished career as a CTO and product executive in the technology and data industries. Played a pivotal role in the success and acquisitions of two notable startups - Quaero (acquired by CSG) and Zaloni (acquired by Truist Bank). Renowned for expertise in architecting and scaling platforms across hybrid cloud environments, specializing in data analytics, governance, risk management, and customer data platform solutions. Spearheaded innovative platform solutions for Fortune 500 companies in the financial services and digital media sectors, driving significant improvements in operational efficiency, data management, and revenue growth.

Chris Nobili
President & Co-Founder

Seasoned financial executive with over 25 years of investment banking experience, spanning both large corporate and startup environments. Currently serving as CFO, EVP and Investor at Lucid Bots, Inc., while also managing CBCS Capital, founded in 2021. Previously held the position of Managing Director in Wells Fargo's Regional Investment Banking Group. Diverse experience encompasses the full spectrum of financial leadership, from nurturing startups to navigating complex transactions in major financial institutions, raising debt and equity capital.

Céline Lefebvre
Creative Director & Customer Success Manager

A multidisciplinary Creative Director and UX/UI Designer, she specializes in branding and digital experiences for startups and forward-thinking companies. With a background spanning New York, Paris, and Mexico City, she brings a global, human-centered approach to design—translating complex brand stories into intuitive, emotionally resonant digital products. From building brand identities from the ground up to designing seamless user interfaces across web and mobile platforms, she integrates strategy, storytelling, and visual systems to help emerging brands launch, scale, and connect meaningfully with their audiences.

Executive Advisor

Naras Eechambadi is a board director, advisor, serial entrepreneur and highly accomplished data & analytics executive with deep experience leading transformation and innovation across industries. He currently serves as Chief Global Data & Analytics Officer at Universal Music Group, where he built and leads the global data function for a $13B+ enterprise operating in more than 60 countries. He serves on the Board of The Travel Corporation, an Apollo Global Management owned company and, until recently, was on the Innovation Advisory Board of Novo Nordisk. He is a member of the Nasdaq Center for Board Excellence. Earlier in his career, he founded and scaled multiple businesses, including Quaero, later acquired by CSG International, and held senior roles at McKinsey, Wells Fargo, Omnicom and Nielsen.

Shrikant Dash
Executive Advisor

Executive advisor and consultant with over 30 years of experience in consumer financial services, enterprise analytics, risk management, consumer lending, and banking operations. Currently serving as a strategic and board advisor to several venture capital firms and FinTechs, applying deep expertise in AI/business analytics, CRM, payments and risk strategy. Formerly held senior leadership roles at Alliant Credit Union, Citigroup, Discover, Morgan Stanley, and GE, where he built and led analytics-driven businesses and implemented enterprise-wide CRM platforms and processes. He has a PhD from the University of Rochester and holds several patents in intelligent decision management for payments.
